Privacy Policy

We collect different categories of information depending on how you use Hyvelos.

Desktop Application

• Your local files stay local. Documents, spreadsheets, PDF files, workflow outputs, and similar working data remain on your machine unless you explicitly send something elsewhere through your own workflow.
• Device and entitlement state. We may store device registration, session, and subscription state needed to validate access to paid features.
• Optional telemetry. We may collect product version, operating system, and feature usage counts to improve stability and prioritization.

Website and Accounts

• Account information: name, email address, and optional company information when you create an account.
• Authentication data: login activity and provider information when you sign in with email or Google.
• Billing information: subscription, transaction, and invoice records from our payment provider. We do not store raw card details on our servers.
• Website analytics: page views, device type, and related aggregate usage information.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve Hyvelos
• Manage subscriptions, billing, and device access
• Authenticate users and restore signed-in sessions
• Respond to support requests and product feedback
• Understand usage patterns and reliability issues

We do not sell personal data and do not use your data for ad targeting.

Account, subscription, and session data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and encrypted transport.

On desktop, Hyvelos stores application data locally and uses platform-appropriate storage for sensitive session material where available.

We currently rely on third-party services including:

• Vercel for web hosting and analytics
• Supabase for authentication and database services
• Paystack for subscription billing and payment processing
• Google when you choose Google sign-in
• GitHub for desktop release distribution

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate account information
• Delete your account and related personal data, subject to legal obligations
• Export the account data available in your dashboard

We use the minimum browser storage necessary for authentication and user preferences, including theme settings and session-related state.

Where analytics are enabled, they are used for product insight rather than ad targeting.

Hyvelos is designed for professional use and is not directed at children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the last-updated date on this page and may notify users through the product or by email.
