Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Hyvelos on devices you own or control.

• Free access: You may use the free version of Hyvelos indefinitely, subject to the feature limits described on our pricing page.
• Pro access: You may use paid features while your subscription remains active and your account or device stays in good standing.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application
• Share or sublicense paid access in a way that bypasses device or account controls
• Attempt to bypass license, entitlement, or authentication checks
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law
• Use the Service in a way that could damage or impair our systems

A web account is not required to download or use the free desktop experience. A web account is required for paid subscriptions, synced desktop sign-in, billing, and device management.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Hyvelos does not currently offer a free trial.

Public pricing is currently displayed in Nigerian naira (NGN) unless we state otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage your subscription from your billing dashboard.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

The Hyvelos application, website, branding, documentation, and related content are the intellectual property of HYVELOS.

Your files, workflows, and outputs remain yours. We do not claim ownership over the data you create with Hyvelos.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYVELOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, the product, or our business.

If paid access ends, your premium features may stop working, but the free desktop experience remains available unless we explicitly suspend your entire access.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the last-updated date on this page and may notify users through the product or by email.
